ntfsck is also known as fsck.ntfs, and is a delightful member of the ntfsprogs package.

ntfsck is a small program that checks NTFS volumes for consistency. It is the GNU/Linux counterpart of chkdsk.

ntfsck is not yet available.

Use ”ntfsresize -fi /dev/hdXY” to check your partition for errors, or use Windows' chkdsk..
